• Unless otherwise stated, services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we may provide backup tools, we do not guarantee recovery of lost data.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and copyright regulations.

5. Service Availability

• We strive to keep our Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware/software failures, attacks, or other reasons beyond our control.
• In the event of extended outages caused by Ascendr US, we may, at our discretion, provide service credits or adjustments.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel services through the client portal or by contacting our support team. Specific cancellation notice periods may apply.
• Early termination may result in loss of fees paid, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, designs, and software used on our site and Services are the property of Ascendr US or our licensors. You may not use them without written consent.
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display such content as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendr US shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding billing period.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami, FL.
